Construction of all subject contents and catalog were all written by Dr. Milton Roman under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of the Living God. The college  was built by the Living God working through Apostle Milton Roman, Dr.Div. To Almighty God and his Precious Lamb, the dear Lord Jesus Christ, belong all the glory by his precious Holy Spirit.
